Bookings are essential if you wish to be assured of securing your tour date. You can book by email, phone, fax or post.

Cash: At time of visit.

We have no eftpos or credit card facilities.

Charges:

Petrel Colony Tours & Night Sky Tours

Adults $50
Children $10
Schools $10 per person.

Minimum charge of $100 (applies if there are less than 2 adults per tour).

10% discount available for pre-booked groups to the petrel colony of 10+ adults.

Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellations by Paparoa Nature Tours will generally only occur as a result of extreme wet weather or some unusual or unforeseen circumstance.

Full refunds are provided when...

• A tour is cancelled by Paparoa Nature Tours.
• A tour proceeds but the visitor fails to get a good view of at least one Westland Petrel on the ground.

No refunds are provided if...

• A visitor fails to turn up at the notified time.
• We are not advised of a cancellation
• A booking is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to departure

Rescheduled bookings

A booking may be rescheduled for a tour on a later date at no extra charge.
